Convenient, No Clean-Up Brewing System!

I love, love, LOVE my new Keurig 2.0 Brewing System I received as a holiday gift. There's NO cleaning that a fresh-ground brewing system requires, and it's so convenient! I used my K-carafe for the first time with houseguests this weekend, and it was terrific. The only disadvantage for me is that I like my coffee really hot, and the system has no way to regulate water brewing temperature. So I microwave each cup hotter for myself. But overall, a WONDERFUL product that I'm so glad I now utilize after years of messy clean-up with a previous fresh-ground brewing system! Highly recommended for the person on-the-go. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

We had one of the older Keurig models so it was time to upgrade. We love this new machine. It is very easy to use, quiet and holds lots more water which is great! The timer feature is definitely a bonus. We have used in the mornings before work. No issues to date with our Keurig 550. We would definitely recommend.

Not really worth the upgrade

I'm not that thrilled with the upgrade. I like the way it looks but it sometimes gets clogged with coffee grinds (I use a toothpick to unclog it), and I think the restriction on using only Keurig cups is shameful. Keurig should rely on their K-Cup quality (which is good) rather than forcing people to use only authorized cups. I would probably keep using Keurig cups because I do think they are higher quality than off-brand ones, but I think the choice should be mine, not theirs. I also wish the brewer was hotter, because I find my coffee gets cold kind of quickly.

Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Gets Clogged With Grinds, Restrictions On K-cups

Love new K550

Recently upgraded from older Keurig to new K550 to use the carafe. Was disappointed that the carafe is not insulated and does not keep the coffee hot. I also miss the 12 oz feature. I have to brew 8 oz cup and then brew a 4 oz cup using the same Kcup to get desired taste/size. Thank you Keurig for the free packs for this review.

Great Brewing System

I brew coffee every morning and take away a cup to go on the way to work. The only option I would like to see is full menu when brewing regular K-Cup.

We use this product all day long. What is great about it is you can get many size cups. (ie,10 oz+4oz to get 14oz) Thing not so great is not being able to use my own specialty coffees.

I drink coffee everyday and I must say that after purchasing the Keurig 2.0, it just has been wonderful! So easy to use and within seconds having fresh brewed coffee blended well into my cup.
