Coffee grounds get stuck in the top water puncture port so we have to clean it out with a paper clip. Love that coffee is brewed quickly though.
Pros: Easy to use, Durable, Multiple Settings, Brews quickly

The Keurig 2.0 has revolutionized my home coffee experience. I love my keurig 2.0! For me this was a major upgrade from my old single severe Keurig. I can now make a full carafe when I have company over. Another new feature we enjoy is the instant hot water. My wife loves the hot water option for her favorite bagged tea. I would highly recommend this product to the casual coffee drinker as well as coffee aficionados. "Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review."

Love the product - but the loud pumping noise during brewing cycle wakes up my wife when I am preparing to leave for work at 0600am

We use this product for coffee, hot chocolate and iced tea. What I like about it is the design and the quietness while brewing. What I don't like is the lack of heat settings, and all the other things that the vue offered. Not enough variety in the carafe, like Nantucket blend or even dunkin donut. The carafe doesn't keep the coffee hot enough. If given the option, I would have kept the vue.

Cons: Limited Features, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot

I like using this machine. The variety and quickness are what has me liking it. However, I have only owned it 6 months and it is starting to chip. Also, dont plan to use K-cups not approved by Keurig. However, with that said, they have quite a variety to choose from. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

This is my third different keurig brewer and I like it as well as the others. Each brewer I had had different features to get used to, but I still like it. The only dislike I can point out is that I can not just easily brew hot water for my tea. You can only brew 6oz at a time while holding the button. You cant just set it and let it brew, like the coffee settings. And if I want more than 6 oz of hot water I have to keep resetting and re-holding button. I use the hot water feature a lot, so it is a little inconvenient. Otherwise, nice product and also looks nicer on the counter. Sleek design, not as bulky.
