Brewer works great as described. Don't like the fact that can't brew your own coffee. If not for that I would give 5 stars.

This is great for everyday use. Be a carafe full or a cupful depending on how you choose to brew! The only thing I'd change is the ability to get more hot water on demand for instant oatmeal or hot chocolate than the 6 Oz it allows and holding the button for it to give the hot water on demand is inconvenient. I'm sure this will be changed in future models! Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review!

My last Keurig

Keurig had a great brewer before the 2.0. They made a massive mistake by putting their own profits ahead of good designs. Not allowing any brand of k-cup in their brewers will hurt them IMHO. I also liked being able to turn the machine off by the switch in the back. Now a fifteen minute automatic shutoff is the best it will do. The carafe is a joke as well. The controls are way over designed on this machine as well. I would have given a half star if possible. I used to tell all my friends Keurig is great. Never again will I ever recommend Keurig to anyone.
Cons: Loud, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Limited Features, Ugly Design, Complicated Controls, HARD TO CLEAN

Wishing I chose a simpler brewer

I use my Keurig everyday. I love new option to make a pot of coffee, but I wish I could make larder pots, and larger single cups as well. I absolutely hate that I can only use specific Kcups. there are certain flavors and brands that I want to use and try, but am feeling a bit like a prisoner to Green Mountain. Also, for the amount of money this model costs, I should have issues where some kcups are wasted because the machine clogs and the pump stops working. I am constantly cleaning out the needle that pumps water because it get coffee grounds stuck in it. I love the exterior design of this machine. I love the touch screen and the color lit water reservoir, but I wouldn't buy it if I had to choose again. I don't like to leave negative comments, but I figure I could use the free Kcups after the hassle this model has given me. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Good brewer but I miss certain features

I miss when we could us a variety of K Cups in our brewers. We have multiple users in our home, we all like something different. The new version limits us. I also miss having a larger brewing cup size. My older brewer could go larger than 10 oz. That is the max size now.
