I was really unsure to purchase because some of the other reviews I've read. I bit the is bullet and I'm glad I did. I LOVE it. It looks beautiful and makes a fast and tastey cup of coffee. I even bought 2 more for Christmas gifts .
Pros: Brews quickly, Easy to clean, Large Pot, Easy to use, Stylish, Multiple Settings, Durable

Packed with limited features

Love my Keurigs however, I purchased the 550 because of the additional features. Turns out I could not use my existing k-cups, even those on the market now are not compatible. I had to get rid of 3 boxes of coffee and two boxes of tea. Purchased new MH coffee and those did not work either. Can not brew more than 10 ounces of coffee for to go cups.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Lighting Is Customizable, Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: Does Not Accept All Kcups, 10 Oz Max For Coffee
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Overall this is a good brewer. The pot could be larger as it is roughly just shy of 3 standard coffee cups. I also thing Keurig could offer more user control of the brewer. I would like to see a Bluetooth enabled maker that allows me to select advanced brewing from a mobile device and update pot firmware

Cons: Small Pot

I just use use it anytin of the day I have so many varieties of coffee and tea to choose depending on my own personal mood. If I feel exotic or just like having a regular non flavor coffe, I just go for it! Love it

"Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review." I prefer the 16 ounce choice of earlier models. I was very disappointed in the carafe. It has a light, cheap feel and it doesn't keep the coffee hot at all. I was sorry I paid for the added value pack. I use it everyday for single cups, but use my old coffee maker for a pot in the morning.

Missing my old brewer

Wish it wasn't so noisy on start up. Don't like that filter has to be replaced so often. Wish there were other cup size options. Thanks Keurig, for two free packages of coffee.
