Hot coffe when you want it...

It was so easy to set up that I was brewing a full carafe in just a few minutes. There's a setting for various brew types that is very convenient when I want a strong cup of coffee and my husband was his mild. New and improved is an understatement. This is a whole new way of brewing coffee. Thanks Keurig for making my morning cup something to look forward to. "Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review."

I was very excited to get the Keurig that would brew a big pot of coffee but was disappointed that it doesn't stay that warm. I have only used that feature once. But I like the brewer for one cup of coffee, it is always hot. Also, not happy that I have to use only the Keurig brand cups. But overall I am satisfied with the brewer. Would recommend any of the Keurigs as this is the second one I have owned.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Brews quickly, Easy to use
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, The Big Pot Is Not Warm

I like flavored coffee, my husband likes bold and strong coffee. The Keurig 2.0 is great because we can both have the kind of coffee we like. If we have guest, we can make a pot of coffee for after dinner and it is quick and easy to do so. I also like the night light and the programmable settings.

We have been keurig users for years. The make an awesome product and the customer service is awesome. I just wish the carafe was better insulated.

We use it everyday, coffee could be hotter, or maybe an adjustable temp control. Already had to replace after one month through warranty.
