I am NOT a coffee drinker I initially bought this machine for the tea aspect of the machine, both hot and iced, I love this machine I've eventried some of the lattes and cappuccinos they were great. It's easy to operate my 2.0 and I love it, I'm looking forward to buying the Rivo next, if you've been hesitating or waiting to buy the best coffee maker wait no longer.
Pros: Large Pot, Brews quickly, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Easy to clean, Durable, Stylish

I drink two lattes everyday and my husband drinks 6-7 cups. We love how convienent it is to brew our coffee each time ensuring a hot beverage with no waste.

I use my Keurig at home. I usually put it in a travel mug and take it to work. The coffee tastes great. I use to drink instant coffee at work and it does not taste the same. The machine is beautiful and looks great in the kitchen. There are a lot of coffee choices too. I would recommend this product.

My wife and I use the K550 everyday...Mainly the Carafe K-Cups and so far we have enjoyed the simplicity and ease of the product

Our Keurig 2.0 works perfect for both my husband and my own needs! He drinks coffee every morning before work and all day on weekends. It's nice to have both the single cup and the full pot option for days when we are home most of the day. The fact that it doesn't make much noise is great because it doesn't disturb our boys during naps. We were both surprised at how warm the coffee stays in the pot! I love that it makes my perfect hot teas I enjoy as well! We keep a selection of different coffee/tea packs at home for when friends and family visit. We just love it! Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Needs Improvement

Unable to just get a 12 oz cup of hot water - you have to hold down the button to get only 6 ozs at a time - to get a full cup you have do it twice. Same with a full cup of coffee - I have to select 8 oz then 4 oz to get a full cup of coffee - cups are not sm anymore - they are 12-14 oz mugs - no one uses 4 oz cups or even 8 oz cups. I like the design and the water capacity and the ease of use - the rest needs improvement - sorry.

Cons: Limited Features, Long Brew Time

We use our Keurig 2.0 daily and it has never failed us. Wish it came with an insulated carafe instead of the standard carafe. A few of the packs didn't want to brew for me, but that is a K-Cup issue, not a Keurig brewer issue. Very pleased, thus far!
