Great coffee maker

I use this coffee maker at home. I usually make it before work and take it in a travel mug. I love it. Now it is hard to drink the coffee that I have at work and it does not taste the same. The machine works great and I love the look of it in the kitchen!

Love the ease of the carafe or just enjoying a cup of something special. I wish more of the specialty items were available in the carafe packs; very limited selection available. Disappointed in not being able to use other products that say they are Keurig compatible.

I use this product for my coffee as well as heating up water. It is fast to brew and I love that it is always ready to brew, no waiting for the water to heat up. I have very hard water, so I find it useful to use purified water instead of tap water. I have used several different Keurig coffees and I haven't found one that I don't like. I did have the opportunity to speak to Keruig's customer service and they are fabulous. Very eager to resolve issues and very friendly.

Loving the new K550

Recently upgraded from older Keurig. Love everything about K550, but miss 12 oz setting. I usually have to brew 8 oz and then 4 oz using same k-cup to get desired taste/size. I upgraded for carafe, but it does not keep the coffee hot. The carafe should be insulated. Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review.

I bought this as a birthday present for my husband (really for me). We both like our Keurig. We do wish the carafe was larger and it wouldn't prompt to refill the water with 2" still in the reservoir. Other than that, it brews great and without much hassle. I'd rather use Keurig than any other brand. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

I like this product, especially the carafe. I like the controls on size of cup and strength of coffee. I don't like that I can't use my old pods in the new 2,0. I hope their will be a greater selection of carafe coffees soon.

While this may seem odd for a review, I am so pleased with my Keurig brewer because I share it each day with my father who is on Hospice care. Our morning ritual of coffee is priceless.
