mu husband and i drink coffee all day. we love bieng able to get a good cup quick, anytime of the day. the carafe dent keep the coffee very hot so we rarely use it.

I know you can only use Keurig brand cups but there are even some of them that do not work. Overall, it's avgreat machine! I wish there was more of a variety for the carafe.Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

I love my new Keurig. We use it daily. The only thing that I wish is that I could brew larger cups of coffee/tea (i.e. 16 oz). The largest setting on mine is 10 oz. From what I read, I believe this feature is coming with newer cups, but the manual wasn't clear about it. If I could pick a larger size, I would have given this item 5 stars.

Great product only other issue would be it only will work with Keurig approved cups so make sure and use up all your old ones and check the label on any new ones you guy. Overall however I am very happy with this brewer and would buy again

I love the options of different size cups. Nice to be able to make a carafe to share when needed. Simple, easy to use features. Beautiful on my counter. This isn't my first keurig but it is by far my favorite!

Love the 2.0 Upgrades with the Carafe

This is my 3rd Keurig Brewing System, I like them so much that I upgrade every time a new model comes out. The large carafe (& large water tank) is a life-saver when I have guests. It's very easy to program. The only thing that bothered me was I had a lot of K-Cups without the new ring/top for the 2.0 Systems, so I had to give them away as they wouldn't work. Keurig was generous enough to give me 2 free boxes of K-cups to help offset this loss. They have great customer service.

Cons: Older K-cups Don't Work

I use it for hot tea and coffee. Love that's it's fast. Wish it would make more then 10 oz at a time. Since my cup is 12 oz.
