the product is user friendly and holds more water the only thing I don't like is it wont allow me to use the older pods I had for my eliet 45 thank you keurig for the free paks for wri writing this review I recomend this product for anyone who likes coffee

I have had my brewer for approximately four months now. My husband takes a travel mug everyday to work, and i use it in the evenings for tea or coffee for myself and on the weekends of course. At first i was very disappointed that it did not have the option for travel mugs. Just recently i purchased the vue pack that is now compatible with my 2.0 and i can FINALLY make a travel mug cup of coffee. The Carafe is a great feature however the carafe that comes with the brewer didn't seem to keep the coffee hot for long. I recently purchased the stainless steel one and this works better at keeping the coffee hot longer. I am very happy with my brewer. I have had several other brewers in the past and had issues with the pumps going on them this one works very well and i am confident i won't have those same issues. I think Keurig may have got it right this time. Plus it looks great on my counter ;-)

Cons: Limited Features, Hot Water Slower

I love this brewer because of he design of the cup holder it is flat as opposed to the other models where it is angled. This allows for more cup space underneath. I also like the ca are option especially on holidays!
