Great coffee machine and fast

I love my new machine, it replaced my K75 platinum. I would recommended and wish you had a better pot that is insulated to keep the coffee warmer. I would also like to see you come out with a K-Carafe grounds holder for the 2.0 for my own coffee grounds like you have for the K-cups.
Pros: Large Pot, Multiple Settings, Durable, Easy to use, Stylish, Brews quickly, Easy to clean
Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Pot Not Insulated

Not a full cup

I make coffee everyday several times a day. I like the ease and convenience. This brewer doesn't brew the full size. I get 9 oz instead of 10 oz and have to constantly clean the brewer. I can no longer use the filter for ground coffee with this brewer. The carafe size pods do not have many flavors available.
Pros: Easy to use, Brews quickly, Multiple Settings
Cons: Can't Use The Filter, Can't Use Old K Cups, Makes Less Than 8 Oz

I'm loving the options of my 2.0 K550

I really love the various options that the K550 offers, mainly a cup -vs- a carafe. Some days I want more coffee than others, so that's when I use the carafe option. But because of the size of the carafe, I don't drink too much coffee, so it's a good control factor for me. I love that I can do the presets and don't have to go through that entire process every time. A push of a button and it's on. I also like the the digital and lighting options. I do have some cons about it, as I mentioned above. The K carafe cups are really expensive when you are on a limited budget. I would also like to see more flavor variety available for the carafe. Also, I would love to see Keurig have a fillable pod for the carafe so I can use my own coffee. I realize that is not a money maker for you but It is a money saver for me and would allow me more variety. Overall, it fits my needs perfectly. 'Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.'

Time saver for people on the go...

The thing that's great about this product is that I can easily prepare bold, medium, or light coffee's on a whim, I often drink stronger coffee in the morning and dial it back toward the end of the day...

We use this everyday, multiple times a day because we love iced tea and coffee. It has worked great so far!! Love that it holds more water than my previous Keurig. We have only had it a little over a month but I'm hopeful it will keep going strong!

Works great for my morning cup. Also love the variety, since I have tea and Mocha drinkers in the house. The Carafe does a poor job of staying warm, but I haven't bought the insulated one, just using the one that came with it. Would also like the ability to use my own beans in the Carafe pack.
