Wishing for more precision

The brewer is attractive and has promise to be multi-functional. We expected to use the pot frequently, but have yet to try it. The biggest issue with this brewer is lack of precision. I faithfully brew a 10 ounce cup in the same mug - and every time the amount of coffee that I receive varies. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.
Pros: Easy to use, Like The Look, Brews quickly
Cons: A Different Size, Limited Features, Every 10 Oz Cup Is

So far I love this Keurig! I originally had a Keurig B60 and after it died I decided to switch to a CBTL. I do love the CBTL for the fact the machine is small, choice of espresso and coffee, but capsules are hard to find and coffee is not that hot. K550 I find is quiet and no where near as loud as the old one I had or as the CBTL .I received K550 as a gift and so far it's great. I love all the options on it. Do you need all the little bells and whistles, probably not, but I love it along with the touch screen. I like the fact I can brew a pot of coffee, though I don't think it is as strong as I would like and the pot doesn't stay warm for that long. The single serve options the coffee comes out hot. I know people were complaining about the 2.0 label on the capsule, but I don't see it as an issue, and most of the capsules I believe have it now. The machine I find is pretty large for the counter top, but I no longer have to fill the water reservoir every other day. All in all I love it and would recommend it.
Pros: Large Pot, Durable, Brews quickly, Stylish, Easy to clean, Multiple Settings, Easy to use

I love my K550 Keurig 2.0. I use it at least once a day, and frequently multiple times a day. The options available are just fantastic (use K-Cups, Vue packs, carafe packs - strong brew option - expanded brew sizes - etc.) I love being able to brew 14 oz. at a time from a Vue pack to fill my travel mug. And I use the "strong" setting a lot. While the brewer isn't as quiet as older models, it's a non-issue when you look at what you're getting. The larger water tank is great as well. No need to refill as often. My ONLY complaint is that you can't get to the larger brew sizes when using K-Cups. So for those I still have to brew twice to fill larger mugs. The option to brew a pot is welcome, though I won't use it often. The touch screen is amazing, and I love having the night light option. Hands down, I would recommend this brewer in a heartbeat to anyone needing a recommendation. Perfect cup of coffee, tea, icea tea, or whatever... every time. And customer service is great as well. You can't go wrong.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Customer Service, Brews quickly, Stylish, Features, Beverage Options, Beverage Temperature, Durable, Easy to use
Cons: Needs Expanded Options

Awesome upgrade!

I've been using Keurig for some years now and I just upgraded from a VUE brewer to this Keurig 2.0 K550. It is way more stylish and brews coffee and tea much more quickly than my previous one. I also noticed it makes almost no noise at all when brewing and the best thing for me is that it takes almost no time to warm-up to begin serving coffees and teas. Additional to the these improvements, the fact that I can program a coffee pot is awesome and with this new brewer I was able to replace my old VUE one AND also a standard brewer I used to use for programming my morning coffee pot :) Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.
Pros: Large Pot, Brews quickly, Stylish, Easy to use

Replaced my espresso machine and it has made life easy. Drinks are easy and clean up is fast. One of the bad things is that version 2.0 has compatibility issues with generic brands. Wish I got an older version so I'm not stuck with 2.0 only kcups.
Pros: Easy, Fast, Convenient, Easy Cleaning
Cons: Only 6 Oz Hot Water, 20 Version Is Less Flexi

I am a daily 2-3 cup coffee drinker. I love being able to make a fresh cup when I want it and not drinking leftover coffee. My Keurig K550 is a solid machine. Downside is that it feels a bit bulking for what it does. I think they could streamline it a bit so it doesn't take up that much space on the corner of my counter. I love the easy color LCD controls and I can make a 4 cup coffee for guests. The funny thing I noticed that my last Keurig did not do, is that this one "growls" when brewing. Be prepared for "grrr.... grrr.... grrrr...." . Its not bad but it is a different sound than what I used to. Summary, love this machine, love the pot (could be nicer) and would recommend to another buyer.
Pros: Easy to use, Large Pot, Durable, Multiple Settings, Easy to clean
Cons: Loud, Ugly Design, Kind Of Growls When Brew
