Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review. I am really enjoying the K550. The regular coffee and tea is great. I was worried that the tea would taste like coffee, but that is not a problem at all. The milky k-cups don't really work. The controls could be clearer, it is not really clear what the different settings are for. Also, it is annoying that some cups, including many official keurig cups won't work.
Pros: Brews quickly, Easy to use
Cons: Long Preheat Unless On, HARD TO CLEAN, Lock Out Many Cups

Love my new Keurig

My entire family uses our Keurig. Hubby and I live it for our coffee and teas, the kids can easily make themselves iced drinks which they think is the coolest thing. I love the new esthetics of the wallpaper, and the light in the water reservoir. Also the auto brew function saves some time in the rushed mornings. Great product! I like the brewer overall and the option to use a carafe. What I don't like is it doesn't have the large capacity "travel" size selection anymore and it's a lot more noisey than my last brewer. Overall I love the Keurig but not sure I like giving up my last one.

I read all the reviews from different websites and came to my own conclusion. I believe the coffee brewing system is one of the best. Taste is different for everyone. I constantly try different brands of coffee. I still have a mini brewer that I travel with and a platinum edition for our downstairs apartment.

I thought it was hard to setup and get going but I love the pot feature. We drink ALOT of coffee and this is the second keurig I have bought will never go back to regular coffee pot.
