We LOVE our Keurig® 2.0 K550 Brewing System! The carafe is great for the weekends! The only downfall is that some of our K-cups from our last Keurig does not work with this one. Other than that...would not go back to another brand/kind of coffee maker!

Love the color selections!

My family loves the new color options for the water and the screen. We use different colors for the different holidays...Red and Green for Christmas, all Red for Valentine's Day. This is our third Keurig machine and it is by far the best with the many options to choose. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

I love everything about the brewer except it is louder then the older models and the largest cup size is only 10oz.

I use it pretty much everyday. I make tea, coffee, and hot chocolate. It has worked great! The new 2.0 is a little picky with which packs you buy. Even if it has the proper keurig logo, it will not read all k-cups. BUT when I emailed customer service they sent me a coupon for a replacement pack with free shipping, so I was VERY happy.

K550 Lives up to my expectations

I've had the K550 for a few months now and have had no problems whatever with the device. It's more similar to my Vue than the older K75 platinum style brewer. What I do like about it is that you can use vue cups, k-cups and the new k-carafe. Many choices and it brews very hot. Thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review!

Replaced 1st generation Keurig

Our old Keurig was still working, but we decided aftyer nearly eight years it was time for a change. The 550 dispenses 6 oz hot water, it would be nice if hot water brewing exceeded 6 oz per cycle. Others have commented about requirement to use proprietary K-cups (hacks are available online to allow any K-cup)

Cons: Uses Propriitary K-cups
