I love this brewer. Coffee is hot and tastes great. Wonderfully Brewed Coffee Each Time. The only real issue I have is the hot water feature. It only dispenses six ounces of hot water at a time and I don't like having to hold down the button while it is dispensing. Other than that, one of the best out there.
Pros: Large Pot, Easy to use, Multiple Settings
Cons: Limited Features, Loud

I should have bought a Keurig years ago. It's so easy to make a pot or just one cup of coffee. It is so easy to use and I recommend the Keurig to anyone!

I don't like the fact you can't use your own k cup to fill and use gets costly when you are on a budget. The carafe isn't insulated to keep coffee warm for a longer period of time. Thanks, Keurig for the free packs for this review.
