Could not be happier with my 2.0

My 2.0 gets a workout. I am a huge fan of Keurig products and coffee. It is reliable, easy to use and convenient. These machines are efficient and easy to use. The quality of the coffee that is brewed is always of the highest standard. I may be buying more of this particular model as gifts. Highly reccomend this for everyone from the casual coffee drinker to the coffee expert.

My previous vue machine allowed changes in water temperature. The water temperature is not hot enough in my new brewer. In addition, the "night light" timer is not a night light but rather turns the machine on or off at preset times. This can be confusing. Overall, I love the brewer and hope the next one offers temperature control. Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review.

I Love our new Keurig. We use it everyday and love that we can each do our own thing. The large reservoir is great and it really is a nice looking machine on my counter. Love the ability to change the ounces of liquid as well. The only problem we encountered was a little clogging of the needle after hot chocolate. Must follow the directions and run a clear water cycle a few times after brewing a hot chocolate KCup to avoid the clogging. Keurig

Im active duty military and coffee drives my life. We have one in the shop at work. I have one at home. We took one on deployment with us. I use my k550 religiously and love the carafe. Awesome idea by keurig. definitely durable. our single serve withstood a 9 month deployment on an aircraft carrier. Well done!

It makes very good coffee, but the bad thing is I only can use keurig K cups, no off brand can be used. I can't use my own coffee, in a filter the machine doesnt except it. it only excepts "Keurig" brand coffee. The other Keurig machine excepts the ground coffee of other brands besides Keurig
