Overall I am very happy with it. There are a few things I miss about the older brewers though such as: ability to change the coffee temperature, the ability to use my own coffee on occasion, the ability to chose any size cup when I brew, the easier hot water option. What is not so great about this new machine is that lack of available beverage options at this time (like specialty beverages you can brew on the VUE), the fact that you have to stand there and hold the brew button just to get hot water is annoying, not to mention that you cannot adjust the amount of hot water you want in a single brew. Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review!!

K-Cup Brewing, Improved

I really like the K-cup format -- every cup is fresh. Our K550 is a fine replacement for a Breville that we enjoyed for several years. Nice improvements in user interface -- great display and lighting options. I wish there was a smaller brewer having the K550's quality but in a single-cup format only (I don't need the small carafe format). Additionally, I wish the K550 allowed "favorite" settings to be saved for K-cups (I think this can only be done for K-carafe); as a result, I have to change the cup size each time I brew -- our previous Breville allowed those settings to be saved.
Pros: Stylish, Easy to clean, Easy to use, Brews quickly
Cons: Favorites Limited, Large

I use my keurig 2.0 everyday. I also haven't put my original keurig away because I love the keurig products so much. I just alternate between the two. My 2.0 is great because I can make a big pot of coffee if I feel like drinking alot. I love the fact that I can change the lighting to match my LED lighting already in my kitchen. I get my cup of coffee in a jiff and love that I can make it strong or regular. Also love that I can get instant hot water from the machine.

Buyer beware, the new 2.0 brewers require you use specific Keurig kcups that have a sensor. These are limited brands/flavors. My favorite coffees are not available with the sensor cups so the only way to brew them are to use a hack, which you can find on YouTube. This brewer takes longer than the older Keurig brewers, is signifigantly louder and more expensive.
Pros: Large Pot, Multiple Settings
Cons: Long Brew Time, Loud
