Nice full functional k-cup brewer

Purchased this as a replacement for an old k-cup brewer suffering pumping issues. It is stylish, with customizable lighting and background. it is easy to use, and can select different sizes. The only con I found so far is that the water dispenser is awkward to use. I have to keep pressing the button to get the water. Why not use a single-touch button instead? The water temperature is not adjustable either. Overall it is a nice home use k-cup brewer.

Cons: Poor Water Dispenser

We have a total of 17 faculty and several lab techs, work students, office crew. Our Keurig gets heavy use and I haven't heard any complaints other than too many choices in brewing products

Had our first Keurig for five years and it finally started to act up. For the week we have had this we love the features and have enjoyed better tasting coffee then the last brewer we had. Hope this one will last for five years also.

I bought the Keurig 550 for my wife for Christmas. My wife has been drinking coffee since she was four. Now approaching fifty, she is very select about her coffee. I am too. My wife loves it. She has it on her mini fridge in her bedroom and we use it everyday. It is perfect for the bedroom because there is hardly any mess. One cup, one brew. The perfect gift and she was able to buy her favorite coffee which surprised me. The best gift I ever got her along with her mini fridge.

Love the 550 - very easy to use. Wish it came with the stainless carafe and it was a little easier to clean, but otherwise I am extremely satisfied with the brewer. Love the display and auto timer is great!
