I had heard bad reviews about this machine, but our old one died, so we had to get it. I honestly love it! The optiont to brew the pot is great when I know I want more than 1 cup. The only flaw I have is that I wish the pot were insulated to keep the coffee warm longer, but that is really not a huge deal. There is a HUGE selection of k-cups for both single cup and the pot, and it brews perfectly everytime! I had been meaning to review sooner, but then Keurig offered free kcups for an honest review! "Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review"

We bought pods to use our own coffee which does not work any more. The machine is always on. The carraf only make 3 cups not 4. Coffee not hot.
Pros: Brews quickly, Easy to use
Cons: Can't Use Your Own Coffe, Loud, Complicated Controls, Small Pot, Does Not Shut Off, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot

I use the product every day to brew mostly single K-Cups. People said that the 2.0 is terrible because of the proprietary cups, but I have been able to find all of my favorites with compatible cups. I like the style and I also like the fact that if I entertain I can make a pot for everyone. I like the multiple settings for size and the strong setting.
