This is my first machine and i love it. great for the kids and their hot coco me for tea and the roommate for coffee. but if we run out of k cups we cant use grounds in it :(

Keurig Has Made It Fun Again!!

Keurig has made it fun again to brew coffee! Besides the awesome touch screen and ease of use, it now has changing wallpapers screens and multi-colored water lights, it's simply fun to play with. The carafe is an instant hit, it can't get any better on a chilly Saturday Morning brewing up a carafe with our new 2.0. Love it! Future models, should come with a usb port, to change even more wallpapers and colors, or even family photos ;) Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Our first week with our new pot was great. We left for six days and came back to no brewing and a service agent that said we had to clean the spiiks with a paper clip. We did and it works again but if I have to do that after a week of use it would be a disappointing product. I was very happy with my last brewer which was the top of there line. Not sure of the name.

Cons: Complicated Controls

I use my Keurig 2.0 multiple times a day. My favorite feature is the auto setting for the carafe. I set it at night and it is ready for me to pour up in my husband's and my Keurig travel mugs as we leave for work. It prepares my coffee for me while I am getting ready for work so it saves me time and it is so convenient. I guess if there were anything different I would ask Keurig to do it would be to allow the auto setting feature for the individual sizes and also to put a rush on the additional size options such as 12 & 14 ounce cup sizes. Thank you Keurig for a job well done!

I love being able to have the versatility of making one cup or a carafe as needed. With the large water reservoir I do not need to fill everyday as well.

Hello there, let us help you out , Here are the size you can have on your brewer. K-Cup: 4 oz. – 10 oz.
Vue: 12 oz. – 14 oz.
K-Carafe: 22 oz. – 30 oz. The temperature is not adjustable, Keurig has set the brew temperature to optimize taste. For K-Cup packs, the brew temperature is set at 193 degrees Fahrenheit. For Vue and K-Carafe packs, the brew temperature is set at 197 degrees Fahrenheit. These settings are the highest of any Keurig brewers.

Whoever made this product should be shot. You can't make your own coffee which is the biggest turn off. And with the water feature you only get 6oz and you have to hold the button down and stay there. My old one which broke after 2 years had different size cups and way better features. I hope they go back to the drawing board and get another idea. If not i would have to look at other products
