Not that happy

Let me start by saying that we love our Keurig Platinum , hav use it for a couple of years thought we would upgrade, so we bought the 2.0 K550, we are now unhappy, this one is loud , the craft only holds about two cups of coffee, and it goes cold after about 30 min. we are switching back to our Platinum.
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Stylish, Brews quickly
Cons: Small Pot, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Loud
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great machine, only issue we have is that we cannot brew any size with the Vue cups such as 14oz, which we could with our Vue.
Pros: Stylish, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Easy to clean, Durable, Brews quickly

Although my husband is a coffee drinker, I am not. We had a Keurig Vue (which I loved) and I used it to brew Southern Sweet Tea. Unfortunately, I couldn't get the tea in the Vue packs any longer, so we ended up with the new 2.0 brewer. I can't believe how much I LOVE THIS BREWER!! It is perfect for my husband because he can brew a regular cup of coffee, or use a Vue pack for his travelmug. Not only can I brew my sweet tea, but I also have SO many more non-coffee choices with this brewer. We are also able to brew the carafe when entertaining! It is so versatile!!! What's not to love!!

Let me start by saying that we love out Keurig platinum, so when the 2.0 system came out we decided to upgrade or so we thought, we bought the K550, the first thing we noticed was that this machine is much louder than the old one, and we can't use our reusable K-cups, and the craft only holds about two cups of coffee and it only keeps the coffee warm for about 30 min. we are switching back to our old unit and selling this one.

Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Loud, Small Pot

Love my 2.0, although I wish I had the options to brew different size cups with the Vue cups. The only option for the travel sizes are with the travel size vue cups, previously with the vue, I could use a regular vue cup to brew 14 oz cups, "Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review."

Disappointed that it will not brew a simple 12 or 14 ounce cup. It is not worth the extra money to upgrade without a larger cup brewing feature.
