I received this Keurig machine for Christmas of 2014. It is a wonderful, efficient everyday appliance. I hardly have anything bad to say about this Keurig machine. The only small downside that it has is the fact that it splashes while brewing. Other than that I have not had any problems with it. I love my Keurig! Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

I have no complaints about this machine. It really is a nice looking machine, and does exactly what it's described to do. Love the "strong coffee" button, and love being able to get piping hot water for cup of noodles etc. :) And one more thing off subject, Keurig customer service is fabulous! Any issues I may have ever had, they have never hesitated to fix! Wonderful company & great people & awesome products!

Use the product everyday. Like the large water basin, and carafe. Sadly the coffee cools quickly and the new 2.0 prevents brewing older k cups including those produced by Keurig. The appeal to single cup brewing is gone with this device and I will go back to the original "elite" brewer when I get the chance.

I use this machine everyday. I drink coffee, my husband drinks tea and my kids drink hot chocolate. Everyone in the family loves it! This is our first Keurig and we are thrilled with our purchase. The water tank is large and there are a variety of brew options to make it just perfect for you. I highly recommend this product!
