This is my 3rd Keurig brewer. These are the best coffee pots since sliced bread. I use it for my morning coffee the wife uses it for her tea, and the kids love the hot chocolate. Best thing about Keurig is your not restricted to a big can of coffee you can change up the coffee with every cup because of the wide range of flavors Keurig offers. I use this for both my everyday cup of coffee and when I have people over. The Carafe is awesome. I would recommend getting a thermal pot so you can make one and leave it out. It stayed hot a couple hours for me. Plus you have twice the coffee with two carafes. The only thing I was upset about was that I had a lot of old K Cup in teas and iced drinks that I can no longer use because of the design of the new k cups.

This is a definite upgrade from our previous brewer. At a recent gathering it afforded our guests the individual choice of coffee and for those not as fussy it gave us the ability to brew a carafe. I does splash a little while brewing but that is easily cleaned up. Secondly, 6 oz. of hot water is not enough. Should be at least 8 oz. Overall we love the choices (stronger & the hot chocolate) plus its speed in brewing. Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review.

I really like my new Keurig brewer. The best part, in my opinion, is the ability to make the cup stronger by a press of the control. I don't use the carafe very often, as I switch brands of coffee with each cup. A complaint my wife has is that you are required to hold the hot water button until it is done. We always run hot water after each brew, so she is annoyed with holding the button.

I went through three defective machines before finding one that would not say"add more water" with a full carafe. Keurig customer service was excellent. I like the idea of brewing single K Cups, vue cups or a carafe. You must purchase the stainless carafe if you want the coffee to stay warm for more than a few minutes. I like the customizable display. My only complaint is coffee is not hot enough with no way to change temperature like the previous K Cup machines. It's a decent machine, but needs some tweaking.
