I love my Keurig, so when I saw that the 2.0 was out, I had to have it. Even though my current version is still working fine I got this one too because I thought it would be an upgrade. Right out of the box I was impressed. It's a beautiful machine. Then I plugged it in..I was very disappointed in the loud noise it makes while heating up and brewing the coffee. The pulsing pump is not a pleasant sound and it's kind of loud. I liked the old one better. I also love the color changing light in the water reservoir but it is not as bright as my previous keurig. I hate that you have to hold down the button to get hot water. With a machine thats supposed to be advanced, this is such a primitive feature.. I also do not like that it doesn't remember my favorite cup size if I am using the K-cup sizes (which is what I use most).Every time I make a cup I have to select a cup size. Overall, it's a beautiful machine but they removed some great features and added some not so great features..Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

I use my brewer everyday and can count on it being on and ready to go when I wake up. When I first got the brewer there were some Kcups that I could not use that I had left over from my old brewer. "Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review."

I really like this product. It is convient being able to make 1 cup at a time. It's nice that you can make a second cup right away. I use it a few times a day. I like being able to pick a different flavor of coffee every time. Its great having so many different flavors to chose from. I wish the pot could make more cups at a time. I also wish I had the choice of using loose coffee like your other pots can.I really miss that option. It seems like the brewers break often too. I dont't understand why when I don't make all that many cups in a day. But I am very happy to say that when I have had a problem and called the person that i talked with was always very helpful with first telling me different things to try. They are very patient even when I can't find the little holes right away that they are telling me to find. If the problem can't be resolved they have sent me a replacement brewer. The brewer is easy to use. I thought the electronics might be difficult to set up, but it was a breeze. I like the fact there are so many varieties of coffee to choose from. The K-Cup clogged, but with the online help I was able to clear the clog.
