I use this product all day long. I do alternate between tea and coffee. I do like the different settings, because I like a large cup. I do not like that you have to trick the machine to get into the other settings. I feel that it is unfair that you made it that you need to use vue pods to get into the other settings..
Pros: Stylish, Durable, Easy to clean, Easy to use
Cons: Long Brew Time, Loud, Limited Features, Small Pot

I got this brewer as a replacement for my Keurig Vue that I had gotten for my birthday about 2 years ago. The Vue began to slow down and eventually died (the pump stopped working). In a pinch, I decided to cash in some of my Keurig points and about a week later, I had my 2.0 ready to caffeinate me. I love the controls and the water filter reminder. My kids love that I can change the color of the water tank (blue, red, green, or white). I have had one issue with it where about a week after I had it, it sounded like the pump was slowing down. I thought "Oh no!" I cleaned it with the hot water cycle about 3 times and made sure everything was clean. All is well with my 2.0 and I love it.

Don't believe all the negativity

I read all the negative reviews on the 2.0 and almost did not purchase one. But I went with my gut and got one, glad I did. Yeah, if you have the old style K-cups, they wont work in this machine, but there are ways around that through Keurig, I've had mine for 3 months now and it gets used by two people drinking at least 2 cups everyday and have no complaints. Easy to program, easy to use, looks great in my kitchen, and makes a perfect cup of coffee. Is it overpriced? maybe, but I'll pay for the ease of use, K-cups too expensive? probably, my coffee expense has at least doubled. I'll pay it, for the great variety of K-cups, no more farting around with filters and measuring coffee first thing in the morning, pop in a K-cup and BAM! a cup of coffee you can't beat it for the ease of use

Good machine

I love the machine itself and have enjoyed it very much, but there are some things I loved about my Cuisinart that this machine doesn't offer and I miss, like you can't save a brew size for a k-kup, you can't change the temperature to make it hotter when it brews, and you can't brew your own coffee. The needles clog and need to be cleaned at least every few days. My husband and I use this machine daily. I like it, but am slightly disappointed. I love that you can brew a small carafe, even though it doesn't stay hot, and I love that you can change the colors of the lights on the machine. I am hoping they can work out the disappointments in this machine that seem to be across the board with their user base.

We love our Keurig 2.0. We drink coffee everyday and its perfect!!! The only thing is, the first cup isn't that hot. But the second cup is hot enough. We love that we can make a single cup, and a whole pot for family and friends. It fits into our lives all the time. Thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review!!!
