Looks aren't everything

the 2.0 looks great on the kitchen counter. But that is where it ends. You can only use keurig brand k cups in this machine. And even then our coffee has grounds floating all through it. Most of the time it only makes 1/2 a cup. VERY DISAPPOINTING. We use our old keurig. The 2.0 sits pretty on the counter- useless.
Pros: Stylish, Large Pot
Cons: Long Brew Time
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is a great MACHINE no matter what the haters say.Keurig puts every thing in black n white right from the start. So for all you un educated people that can't read rush out and buy your $30.00 Mr. Coffee machine ! this one is not for you DON'T HATE!!!! GO PERCOLATE... THANKS KEURIG GOOD JOB!!!

New features make the upgrade worth doin

Some features have been lost (use of 3rd party K cup, reusable Gourmet Coffee filter), but the new features make up for the losses. Especially the addition of the Carafe. If you want to keep your coffee warm you should buy the insulated carafe that is sold separately.

Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Must Use Keurig K Cups, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, No reusable coffee filter

I bought the Keurig orginally for my husband to use in the office because there was no pot to clean. I kept it and bought him another. I got rid of all my coffee pots except the big urn. I love love it! Best of all, my handicapped daughter can use it safely. Thank you Keurig

This is my third Keurig brewer in 4 years. Not because I needed to replace them, but because I wanted the newest machine and gave my old ones to family members to enjoy. They all still work wonderfully. The new carafe option on my 2.0 is great and comes in very handy when my best friend stops by for coffee. The large water reservoir is a nice touch. My kids love it for cocoa and I use it for ice tea as well as coffee all day long. It reheats very fast and is always ready. "Thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review."

Review for Keurig 2.0 Brewing System. I've had my Keurig 2.0 Brewer for a couple weeks and find that the traditional single k-cup coffee is as good as previous Keurig brewers I own. I do really like the option to make a stronger cup, though and can taste the difference. What surprised me, though, was the quality of the K-carafe cups of coffee. I figured they would be a bit weak, but they are just as flavorful as the single serve cups. I'm looking forward to more k-carafe coffee options. I do wish Keurig would include a thermal carafe instead of the plastic one, though, as the coffee doesn't stay hot for long. Auto on didn't work this morning...hummm...maybe my power went out? Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review!

it is noisy and hard to get much more than 8 oz to brew, even on the 10 oz setting.
Pros: Brews Alternate Blends

Great coffee, downside; coffee is spendy & machine has third needle that needs to be cleaned regularly. Upside; once you know about third needle there are no problems plus customer service is outstanding.
