Nice idea, but I miss my old Keurig...

We went from a Keurig brewer that gave us 5 different options for cup sizes to this one. We liked the idea of having a Keurig that could brew a pot at a time, if we wanted to, but we really miss our old brewer. The largest setting on the new one only brews half as much as we used to brew. Also, sometimes it shuts off while choosing an option. This has happened on several occasions. Lastly, the handle on this 2.0 seems very cheap & flimsy. It hasn't broken yet, but it wouldn't surprise us if it did. We miss our old brewer. If it hadn't died on us, we would have not switched! We hope this one lasts longer than a year this time! On a good note, we still love having the option of a quick cup of coffee, one cup at a time, especially since we like different flavors! Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.
Cons: It Only Brews Small Cups, Turns off randomly, It Brews A Whole Pot, Can't Use Off Brand Pods, Limited Features, Doesn't Fill Large Mugs

I like everything about the brewer except it doesn't get hot enough. I think my old mini made hotter coffee. I wish you would include temperature settings.

Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review. The brewer is very nice and the strong button feature is great. The only thing I really do not like is that the hot water feature only does 6 ounces at a time as opposed to 12 ounces like other machines.

This coffee maker does make a great cup of coffee and I love the feature to make it stronger. The larger water tank is much more convenient than previous models. We make about 3-4 10 oz cups of coffee today although we wish we could brew larger cups with the smaller pods. That is definitely a con for us. And we use the hot water feature for hot tea, which I was initially excited about until I learned how inconvenient that is on this machine a well. I miss that on our previous Keurig. Overall, the previous platinum brewer was my favorite but it was broken after many years of use and was replaced by the 2.0. At this point, I am not as in love with this machine. I' Lovin' It!

This is the only coffeemaker I use. I don't like flavored coffee, etc. So the Keurig allows me to cater to the tastes of my friends who stop by. But I really bought it for me. I even use it when we have company and I make a large pot of coffee for guests. I love that I can try brands and go back to my favorite. It make a great cup of coffee. I like the option of having a "strong" coffee control. And it really works. I personally would save it for the 10 oz. cup. To me, its that strong and I like strong coffee. The carafe is a plus to be sure but I will probably get more use out of single cup. I barely had to glance at the instructions to set it up. Guided through the process by the Keurig. I love, love, love it. I really can't thing of anything that I dislike about it at this point. This is not my first Keurig and won't be my last. My "old" Keurig was replaced only because I wanted the 2.0 and my existing Keuring wasn't about to give up. So I just decided to go for it. I bought the 2.0 Model 550. I am not sorry. I love it.
Pros: Stylish, The Most Intuitive Yet, Easy to clean, Easy to use
Cons: No Complaints So Far

I purchased my brewer from Keurig.com. Delivery was fast and I received it within a few days. Upon set up I discovered that the brewer was faulty. It would brew half cups and take an extremely long time to brew. I called customer service and they were great. They immediately sent out a replacement brewer and it works perfect! Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.
