This machine is not hard to use, at all. I enjoy the outcome of every brew! As far as clean up goes, it is minimal. I also do like that there are not any hot parts, besides the brewed beverage. Thanks Keurig for the replacement machine (which they handled professionally & expedited the process), and the free packs for this review.

3 Everyday drinkers but all at different times so we each get a perfect cup. They also stand behind their products even longer than really have to and put the customer first. Only drawback was being unable to use my old OFFICIAL K-Cups. And Thanks, Kuerig, for the free packs for this review.

I love the new Keurig 2.0 K550. The tank is huge and holds a lot of water. and the coffee comes out perfect everytime. The only down side is the older k-cups don't work. That's a bummer, but all in all it is a great choice. Thanks, Keurig for the free packs for this review.

"Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review" This product has many wonderful features like the Caraffe and the variation in brewing size and strength. However, one thing my fiancee and I can't get over is that we are unable to use loose coffee grounds like we had been able to with our old one. We had probably 7 or 8 different bags of those open and being used but then our old keurig died on us. We used those because they are cheaper and you can make your own blends, however now we have a bunch of coffee that we can't use now because your 'security feature' of not allowing the old loose grain insert THAT YOU SOLD YOURSELVES to work on the new system. We love the variety of being able to make lots of different drinks at times but K cups get expensive so at times I don't drink coffee or reuse old ones my fiancee has already used (there by making weaker coffee water) to save money due to being on a limited budget. We love the brand but not being able to use loose grounds or cheaper 'store brand' cups has began to turn us away from the brand. I know in they undercut your bottom line by people purchasing the off brands but not everyone can afford 8+ dollars for a box of 12 k cups.
