Life changing! Such a time saver!

I had no idea what a life changing experience it would be to receive a a Keurig! I like tea, my husband likes coffee. Now we can each have what we like in a matter of seconds. And offering a variety of drinks to company is a breeze! We even brew iced tea. It is amazing how many choices there are and how easy it is! Best gift ever!

Love the flexibility of using the 2.0 daily but also to brew an entire pot for multiple drinkers simultaneously. Very stylish and love the large reservoir capacity!

I love my new keurig and almost everything about. Note, I said "almost". My only complaint is that I have a 4, 6, 8oz cup size setting. Our coffee mugs hold 12_14oz, so I have to run it twice to fill my mug. Not the worst thing, but I think most coffee mugs today hold more then 8ounces. Other then that I love everything else about it.

Settings for travel mugs is incorrect as it should brew 12, 14, 16 ounces (or larger) but on the packaging it tells you to brew on setting 4 which only goes up to 12 ounces. It should tell you to brew on level 2 or 3. The packaging need to be changed on the cups.

Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Complicated Controls

A bit disappointed..

We loved our previous Keurig and I wish I hadn't given it away. It was more user friendly and more reliable. The large size pot is very nice but not worth the other inconveniences. You can't just brew hot water easily like my old Keurig. Still needs improvement.
