I recently discovered the Keurig while staying at a friends house and ordered mine as soon as I got home!!! I love the availability of a good cup of coffee whenever I want! I specially appreciate the possibility to brew fast in different strengths since I love much stronger coffee than my husband does, my fav is the "strong' setting! I'd recommend the K550 to my friends and family and I'd certainly buy it again. The only con is the use and care guide, not very easy... I had to go to youtube to see how to install the water filter. Thank, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.
Pros: Easy to clean, Multiple Settings, Brews quickly, Easy to use

I have been debating on whether to send it back or not. I really like my other brewer but i dont like having to order the K cups. Thats why i purchased the 2.0.
Pros: Uses Vue Cups, Carafe Setting Hot Water, Use K Cups
Cons: Drips Slow Brew, No Travel Cup Setting

It doesn't have as many personalization options as the Vue brewer. I really miss having all of those options. Otherwise, it is a great brewer. It heats fast and brews a nice consistent cup. "Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review."

When we have a crowd that enjoys the same brew, having the ability to brew a pot is awesome. However, the norm is to brew individual cups and I have to say, this brewer is not up to snuff. With the splattering, grounds in each cup, and the noise - we are tempted to pull out our old brewer and put this one in storage. Sorry to say, I wish I had used my points for the Rivo or a Red Elite. Bottom line in just a few words - Keurig is a great product but this brewer is not so great!

Cons: Grounds Always In Coffee, Splatters Coffee, Just Not A Fan, Too Long To Brew A Cup, Loud, Long Brew Time, HARD TO CLEAN

Not as good as I had hoped

I use it every day at least once. When using hot water, I need to do it more than once to get enough. It looks nice but is harder to fill. Not as happy with it as I had hoped!
