Slightly Disappointed

I was very excited when I purchased the Keurig 2.0 for my wife this last Christmas. My excitement turned to disappointment because I felt the updated machine lacked a lot of the options my older brewer had. I can not adjust the temperature of the water even though the website states adjustable temperature, I can not use non-Keurig K-Cups or the reusable My K-Cup, it seems to have less cup size options (4-6-8 oz.). Don't get me wrong I loved my older Keurig I just feel the new one missed the mark.

Its great to make that 1 cup of coffee when you need it, but i like to drink from a to-go cup so 10oz is really small for me. Thats why im glad it has a karafe to go with it. I can make a few cups in the karafe and it will be enough for 2-3 to-go cups. Thanks Keurig, for a terrific product and the free packs for this review!

I bought this brewer to replace an older model. The selling point of the new Keurig was the use of the K-carafe. I have gone through the originally brewer plus two free replacement brewers and I still can't brew a K-carafe of coffee. The customer service staff has tried to be helpful but they don't have an answer either. This could be a great brewer if they ever get the problem resolved. Until that time it is really a waste of your money. Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review.

Morning ritual

I have become quite the coffee junky after getting this brewer. The ease of use is amazing. I love the preheat feature so when I get up in the morning it's waiting for me to feed it a k cup to get my morning rolling. I have owned other keurig brewer but this one stands out to me. The option for carafe brewing is also something that made me opt for this brewer. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review

I never imagined how life changing owning a Keurig would be! This model allows us to each drink exactly what we want and easily make pots for company. I like tea, my husband likes coffee. I love the capability of the different cup sizes for the strength of the coffee roast, I do not like that I have to use bottled water and have to keep water in it all the time at a minimum level.
