Great upgrade over the previous generate

I purchased the Keurig 2.0 Platinum as a replacement for my at home brewer and took my home brewer to my office. I love the large reservoir on the 2.0, the ability to make multiple cups quickly, and the added features to make certain drinks extra hot. My biggest complaint is that the 2.0 seems to drip a little bit longer after it appears to be done compared to the previous generation. All in all a great product and one I would strongly recommend. Best coffee make i have ever had!!

Love, love, love it! Everything about this coffee pot is perfect! And the coffee delicious! I have had many different coffee makers and nothing else compares! I will never have any other coffee maker ever again! I use mine every day, mornings before work and a lot when I get home. It is so easy to use and understand and I have no had a bad cup of coffee from it! I used to stop and buy a cup of coffee at sheetz every single day of the week and even went out on weekends. I have not stopped at sheetz for coffee since I received my coffee maker for Christmas! I have not one bad thing to say about it and I would highly recommend anyone and everyone to get one and try it for themselves! You will not regret it!!

I own the K550 brewer and I love it. Iuse my brewer in the mornings!and evenings. When I'm rushing for work my brewer brews by itself. With the automatic timer feature, I never miss a cup. In the evenings, I always drink a cup to sort of wine down a little. If you're looking for the perfect cup of coffee, it's definitely in this Keurig 550. This brewer is very convienent and it's brewing power is magnificent. Last but not least I just love the platinum look of the brewer and the color selections are beautiful!

I'm Addicted!

My first k550 shipped turned out to have an issue with the pump and didn't dispense water. However, Keurig's extremely friendly customer service agent was quick to send out a brand new replacement and prepaid shipping to send the defective brewer back. Every once in a while the hot water doesn't dispense but that is few and far between and if you try again it seems to work. It's so convenient and I absolutely love the taste and temperature it brews. I'm not impressed by the plastic carafe though. It doesn't hold the temperature very long so you will need to drink the carafe rather quickly. Other than that I'm addicted and love my Keurig! Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review!"
