I bought the machine through Keurig site and when contacted to replace broken machine within 2 months they would not help! Very disappointed for the cost and customer service!!

I use the brewer everyday and especially find the Carafe feature perfect when guests stop by. Not so great, requires frequent cleaning.

I really do love this machine. The only cons I have are that you can not use the Keurig personal K-Cup and that the hot water on demand only brews 6oz at a time.

Absolutely LOVE our Keurig 2.0 K550

My husband and I absolutely love our Keurig 2.0 K550 Brewing System! We both drink at least two cups of coffee each in the morning but we often both have a cup of coffee in the evening with dessert and we love the convenience of being able to quickly brew a great cup of coffee whenever we want. One of the features that we think is absolutely great about this brewer is the hindged lid on the water reservoir because I really nice being able to add water to the water reservoir without having to remove the entire lid. Another feature that we really love is being able to customize the colors of the water reservoir light and the lcd screen, especially because we like to have our nightlight timer set on our brewer for late evening to early morning. Although I love the option of being able to brew a pot of coffee, the one and only con we have with the Keurig 2.0 K550 Brewing System is that the coffee pot is a little smaller than we had hoped it would be. Our family are big coffee drinkers also so we upgraded from our original Keurig Brewing System to the 2.0 because we were really excited to be able to brew a pot of coffee when we host our family rather than having to each brew several individual cups but we found that the coffee pot only fully fills about 3 of our coffee cups at a time before having to brew another pot. Overall we are very pleased with our brewer and we constantly recommend this product to our family, friends and coworkers! Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review!

I have had this brewer for a few months now. Other than not being able to control the brew temperature and not being able to use off brand KCups and its loud....and not being able to brew a "12 oz" cup of coffee off a regular KCup (which is JUST fine...) it works as expected. I will be very interested to give the vue cups a try in this machine once they begin producing them.
Pros: Versatile, Easy to use, Versitile, Stylish, Multiple Settings
Cons: No Brewing Temp Control, Not Enough Brew Sizes, Loud

Great for different tastes and needs ( reg, de-caf, hot chocolate etc.). Love the 80 oz. resovoir (less filling time). I use it a lot for that evening cup while relaxing.

Every day, more than once. Needs improvement for the automatic brew schedule. Needs improvement for the hot water dispersing (not enough water coming, needs to be restarted to get a full cup)
