This is a great product for any coffee lover. The only negative is you have to hold down the hot water button to get hot water, but everything has been perfect! I love keurig machines and I'm a fan for life :o)

This brewer is AMAZING! The touch screen display is user friendly. I love the options available. The night feature is useful when you need a cup of coffee in the early morning and are not ready to turn on the lights. I drink coffee everyday, all day, and I love this brewer! I highly recommend this brewer! Thanks Keurig, for a terrific product and the free packs for this review!

Great upgrade

Upgraded from a model that was 3-4 years old. Love the new brew settings (size and strength) and the carafe option. Only complaint is that brewing seems to take a little longer than the older model, but still the same quality of coffee. Worth the upgrade for sure! Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

I have had several l brewers and I would still say my original was the best. I have had problems with each one they send me. I am either going to try a commercial one or switch to another brand of brewer
Cons: Loud, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Limited Features, Long Brew Time

I got it as a gift from my in-laws.I did not receive a carafe or a manual with it. my wife was skeptical, but I have brewed a couple of cups and I am quite pleased. I am still trying to figure out the features on it, but I am sure in time I will figure it all out. What a great Gift
