It's a good product overall. The quality of the brew has definitely improved verses the original machine. It may be a tad bit slower, but you can taste the difference for sure! The brew size could be a bit larger, but I personally drink a lot of coffee! I would have rated the machine as being "perfect" - unfortunately it lacks two qualities: I can no longer brew my own coffee, and I can not use "generic" or other manufacturers coffee brands. Other than that, I really enjoy my Keurig! Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

I enjoy having the flexability to brew only one cup at a time, without having to use instant coffee. and I can do it anytime during the day or night without much fuss.

Purchased my new Keurig after having my previous one for 7 years (time to upgrade) : ) This model brews much faster, and is very quiet. Best part is the ability to choose multiple cups sizes to accomodate my oversized coffee cup. Keurig even swapped out my older K-cups for free!!

We use the brewer everyday. We had the smaller version and liked that. We do not use the carafe as much as we thought. Not a lot of coffee choices for the carafe. The regular coffee part is very good. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Stylish, large pot, fast, easy to use. The problem I have is that Keurig decided to remove the ability to use your own coffee grounds in the home brew k-cup and I think the coffee still doesn't come out hot enough. Other than that it's great. "Thank's, Keurig, for the free packs for this review."
