I use this coffee maker every morning, making 4 to 5 cups. Great customer service. The only thing I wished is it would be hotter. But other than that I would purchase again.
Pros: Brews quickly, Stylish, Multiple Settings, Easy to use
Cons: Not Hot Enough For Me

My K550 (K560) Pack

Need to make the heat just a bit warmer, when I add milk to my coffee after making it the coffee cools down to where it is just barely drinkable. Also Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review

Great product except......

I originally bought the k330 and less than a year it leaked. Customer service was great, I only needed to mail them a part of the machine and they sent me a replacement. The problem was they didn't send the same one, they sent me the k550. I soon realized that not all kcups would work in the new machine and I could no longer use regular coffee with the reuseable pods I bought at the store. Customer service said I could only use the kcups that had a white circle on the outter edge of the kcups. Being some one that doesn't like to shop I had stocked up on kcups and was forced to give them away. It was an expensive lesson. I would have rather had the replacement be the original coffee maker I had bought. Thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review, I'll have to make sure I order the right ones.

So far I love my 2.0 550. Read a lot of reviews before purchasing. Even after reading the negative ones I still decided to buy it.This one is my sixth brewer. Lost two in divorces. With said I have never had any of the problems with any of them that people are complaining about. Thanks Keurig for another awesome product!!!

I've always loved my Keurig coffee makers. I've probably sold a dozen of them to family, friends and co-workers because of my Keurig enthusiasm! Well, it's gotten even better! I purchased the 2.0 and now the option of making a POT of coffee has made the whole deal even sweeter! Very smart!

I drink coffee daily and with three kids, I have NO time for fuss and muss so the Keurig is quick and easy and provides amazing tasting coffee everytime! I love the variety of K-cups they have to choose from. Nothing bad at all to say. I'm very happy with everything!
