The product is great. I love my Keurig brewer. I'm the type of person who likes on cup at a time. I find that the K-cups are too expensive though and I am concerned with the recent findings of dirtyness in the keurig brewers.

I use my coffee pot every morning. I like the look , all of the different functions. The large coffee pot for company. The only con is that you have to use certain K-cups. Keurig needs to come up with a universal ground holder for when I purchase a large bag of coffee to use at times.

Best coffee maker I ever owned

My wife is a big time coffee drinker and I prefer tea. This machine is great for both of us. It is a lot quieter than our previous Keurig and I love the fact we can brew a K-carafe when we have guests over. The only downside is you can only brew 6oz of hot water at a time and have to hold the button. It's not really a big deal but would love an option for 10oz in future models. I definitely would recommend this brewer to anyone looking for a new machine or an upgrade from an older brewer. Thanks, Keurig for the free packs for this review.

No more measuring, I have the perfect amount of grounds and water to make a great cup of coffee. However, I have had to clean the water spout a number of times because loose coffee grinds clogged the water spout. Keurig customer service is awesome and was very helpful. They replaced my machine free of charge. I have no complaints.

I love the larger water container. Additional coffee cup sizes are handy. The color addition options allow me to personalize my Keurig. Coffee, tea, cocoa, etc. is hot and brews quickly. I extremely hate the way I can get just hot water. It is too difficult to keep even pressure on the button, and have to stand there while it's dispensing. Also, because of the requirement of only white trimmed cartridges, I have difficulty when the stores still have older cartridges on the shelves, even with Keurig name on them! Whatever Keurig is trying to protect is not with the customer comfort in mind.

Best Brewer I have had Next Step before Commercial System Just wish it have more room to put large mugs-glasses on top of the tray so you did not have to remove the tray. Has setting to make your coffee stronger Has more setting on the size of coffee dispensed - I use this all the time
