Love the new 2.0 with some suggestions

Daily user. I find that the older Platinum brewer had better options, ie, brew your own coffe option. Now if the 2.0 comes out with a k-carafe brew your own filter for the carafe that would be great! Also, why can't I set a K-cup to a default of my choice. I know you can do it with the carafe but why not the k-cup? Overall I like the 2.0 but find some of the features limiting!
Pros: Brews quickly, Easy to use
Cons: Limited Features, Loud

I use this product everyday and live in a one story home. You can hear it warming up in the back of my 1600 sq. ft. House. Also the black pot provided does not keep coffee hot so I have ordered the thermal pot. The thermal pot should be included in purchase.
Pros: Bigger Water Resevoir
Cons: Loud

I love the option to make either a pot or a cup of coffee I just wish the carafe was larger. Also love the hot water feature but it is a pain to use- it would be so much better to be able to dispense a specific amount of hot water with just a touch of a button not having to hold it down. Lastly I wish it brewed up to a 12 oz cup not 10oz as I have large coffee cups. This is my 4th keurig and I could not imagine not having one- it just takes me a little while to get used to the new features each time I purchase a new one.
Pros: Stylish, Multiple Settings, Easy to clean, Easy to use
Cons: Long Brew Time, Small Pot

We use our K550 everyday and we absolutely love it! This is our third model since we've been Keurig owners. We love the larger water reservoir and all the different functions that the machine has. Really don't know what they could add to make any better.
