Good, But Not Perfect

I use this product every day. When it works, it's great. But the problem has been reliablility. I''m on my 3rd one in 3 months. The problems have been short brewing(not enough water) and low brewing temperature. Hopefully they've fixed these problems, because I like everything else about it. I love my new Keurig! I upgraded to this model so I could have hot water on demand. I love the new design. Having hot water on demand is great. I also love the carafe, so on days off my husband and I can brew a pot of coffee to drink together. I would and have recommended Kuerig brewers to friends. Keurig brewers are cost effective for me, I used to throw out a lot of coffee with my other brand of coffee maker. To get a good cup of coffe I would make a pot to only to drink a cup or two and throw the rest out. Now I brew a cup or even two and the great part is I can change up flavors with every cup! :) It is a was a good purchase. After purchasing my first one, I loved it so much, I got one for each of my three children for gifts. They love them also.

We have been using KEURIG products for many years and just upgraded to the K550. We like the variety of coffee and the manner which it brews. We have a coffee pot graveyard of past experiments. If you like a fine cup of coffee this product fits the bill.
