A Good Product But......

I had a Keurig Vue system before getting the Keurig 2.0 550 system. I liked that system alot. While the Keurig 2.0 system is nice, it is not as versatile as the Vue system. The instructions are more complicated to read and one is limited on the type of k-cup to use. You can not use coffee grinds with this system and in general the system is a lot more complicated to use. It has some nice features like changing the color of the water, a night light, etc., however, these features are not really necessary. I still like my Vue system over the 2.0 system.
Pros: Brews quickly
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Limited Features, Complicated Controls

A Great Step Up!

I bought this to replace a Keurig Special Edition. I really like being able to have a couple different types of coffee in the morning and this suits me to a T. The fact that I can also brew a small carafe for guests is a definite bonus. The 2.0 has all the extra features over the SE I was hoping for which includes one more cup size, a large water reservoir, and a strength control. They must have read my mind!). I kinda miss the temperature control though. All-in-all, this defintely was a great purchase! Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

I love that it is already hot when I'm ready in the morning (set by timer) but I don't like that I have to use the newest kcups from keurig only, nor can i use a refillable pod for regular coffee.

A huge disappointment. Beverage does not stay hot for longer than 2 minutes or so. You have to purchase vue cups to brew 12 oz cups. Takes along time to pour. If you have an older brewer keep it. I hate my limited edition stop working. Huge disappointment from Keurig.

I use this brewer everyday and it's a great machine. I love having the ability to brew a carafe. The machine looks great on the counter and takes up less space than I expected. There are a few negatives I have encountered after switching to the new brewer. The requirement to use Keurig branded K-Cups forced me to stop using my favorite store brand for the time being. Also, there is a limited selection of K-Carafe packs to purchase. I'm sure over time both of these minor issues will be fixed. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

don't know why people complain about doesn't stay hot, that has nothing to do with coffee maker, that's the cup. Works great coffee tastes great, doesn't make much noise either.. Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review.
