I use this product daily In a variety of uses: single use and carafe and love the options with one machine. The brewing options are what is so great about my Keurig!

We love our Keurig 2.0! It's easy to use, the coffee is hot, and it tastes better than ever. The option to choose to make a stronger cup of coffee is our favorite. We also enjoy the option to make a pot of coffee. Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review.

Love that my husband can use his K-cups and I can have my VUE Latte's and only one brewer on the countertop!!
This brewer is the best yet. The carafe offers a choice when several people gather for coffee. If I have a large crowd and use my large urn, I use my hKeurig carafe for those coffee drinkers who might want a choice other than the large urn offering. My only con is that I like my coffee hotter than this brewer gives me. Overall, I would have nothing else!!!
Pros: Easy to use, Durable, Stylish, Multiple Settings, Easy to clean, Large Pot, Brews quickly
Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot

I've had the same old Keurig brewer for almost six years now and it still works great. For years I'd try not to think about all the places inside the brewer I couldn't get to to clean. Finally when I saw the new 2.0 brewers, I decided it was time to retire the old brewer and get a new one - I had tons of Keurig Rewards Points saved up, so I was able to get one for half price. So far, I'm very happy with my new K550. The carafe holds a little less than I was expecting, but it's enough to fill a large mug at home and a travel mug for the car. My favorite feature is being able to control the strength of the brew. Sadly, there aren't many choices yet for the K-carafe packs. I drink mostly flavored and there's only one flavored coffee available in the larger K-carafe packs (french vanilla). It is annoying that you have to use Keurig branded cups and can't use your own coffee grinds, but I mostly buy my K-cups off their website (with coupons!) anyways - so it hasn't been too big of a problem for me. Overall, it's a great brewer and I hope it lasts as long as my last. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.
Pros: Stylish, Multiple Settings, Brews quickly
Cons: Small Pot

VERY annoying the I have to hit continue after I fill the water. All other models don't do that and I don't see a value to the extra step. DRM was a dumb idea by Keurig but since I buy my coffee from them I was unaffected. I've had several of their other models. This one has a strong brew feature that is nice and a high altitude mode (Denver here). I haven't used a single Carafe :-/ Single packs are still our go to. If buying again, I'd still get this model.
Pros: Brews quickly, Easy to use
Cons: Continue After Refilling

I love everything about this brewer! The touch screen is awesome, the colored lights and screens are fun. I love the big water reservoir. Obviously, the carafe is AMAZING! I can make a pot on my husband's days off so that I don't waste so many individual K cups. I love the strong brew option for myself. While I was reading the manual, it looks like larger cup sizes could become available later. I'm not sure how that works though. I only have two concerns though. One- you have to hold down the brew button to get up to 6 ounces of just hot water. It's not too bad though because it heats up pretty quickly. Two- some of my k cups are no longer compatible with this brewer. Again, not a big deal because there is still a huge variety! Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

The need to run a cycle of water through the coffee maker every few cups defeats the convenience of the 80 oz. resevoir. The large resevoir was the biggest reason for the purchase.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Brews quickly, 80 Oz Resevoir, Quiet
Cons: Auto Onoff Doesn't Work, Clock Doesn't Keep Time, Cycle Hot Water Too Often, Auto Start Does, 一
