I returned this product after using it for one day. It would not permit me to use coffee pods that I had purchased previously from Green Mountain coffee. An error message is displayed telling me to buy only Keurig pods. Sorry-I have too many of the other ones on hand so I'll stick with my older model.
Pros: Large Pot

I love my new Keurig except I can no longer use any of my older Keurig K-Kups, nor can I use off- brand, or my favorite ground coffee. I must use only the new Kurig K-Kups that have their white logo on the rim. This is very disappointing
Pros: Brews quickly, Multiple Settings, Stylish, Easy to use
Cons: Limited Features
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We bought our first Keurig this Christmas and are very disappointed that we can not use our own coffee with reusable filters. This company is just for itself not the customer. Very disappointed.
Cons: Limited Features

Went from the Vue brewer to the 2.0 because of the variety of coffee available with the K cups, only to find out that is now limited as well to put a stranglehold on the competition. Many things not to like about this starting with the description doesn't tell you that it will accept vue cups as well. When brewing you have to enter a number on the top of the cup, then select how many ounces, which are limited for some reason, on the vue you could use 8-20 oz on any cup, vue cups now limit you out at 10 oz. Brewing the pot, well that takes forever, might as well use my regular pot and brew a full 12 cups, takes less time. Also have no temp setting as I did with the Vue brewer, and it seems the coffee is not as hot and thus gets cold faster, and beware, the carafe you get with brewer is useless other than catching and pouring immediately which is pointless as the time it takes to do that you could have brewed 4 k cups in the same time. The biggest issue I have is the dripping, after brewing it drips, and drips, and drips, leaving a mess on the counter when pulling carafe away or after filling travel mug. This alone is making me think ill just donate to some unfortunate souls, or the trash, and go back to the vue brewer and regular coffee pot, probably the regular coffee pot after the fiasco and lies I endured ordering my machine right from this site.
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Stylish, Variety
Cons: Drips, HARD TO CLEAN, Long Brew Time, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot

Set the machine up yesterday. Already tried 3 of the cups that came with the machine and only one worked. Pretty expensive cup of coffee. Seems the company has to work out some issues before this become worthwhile. I'm returning mine!!
Pros: None For This Model
Cons: Doesnt Work

K-Cup packs that have a white, gray or lavender outer ring with the Keurig Brewed seal can be used in the 2.0. You can also look for the Keurig Brewed seal and checkmark on the box as well. If these do not work, we suggest calling our Customer Care team at 866-901-2739 and they'd be happy to assist you.

Doesn't even fill a coffee cup why bother. Run a cup then you have to run a full cycle of hot water to finish filling up the cup, it's a joke wouldn't recommend to anyone unless you want a 1/4 cup of coffee. Oh this was a x-mas gift.
Pros: Stylish
Cons: none, Does Not Fill Cup, Maybe A 12 Cup

Returning, not happy

Not happy with the new 2.0 at all. From the reviews I've read, most people aren't happy either. Thought the idea of a carafe was great, but very disappointed. The carafe does not keep the coffee warm , after 5 minutes it needs to be reheated. The favorites button is only for the carafe, so each time I brew a cup, I have to select the size I want. Calling today to get a return authorization for the 2.0 and the carafe-packs I ordered. I hate that I gave away my old Keurig and my k-cups that wouldn't work. This machine was not well planned.
We heard you and we'd like to offer you some feedback. The carafe included with our Keurig 2.0 brewers is a great solution for consumers looking to brew a four-cup carafe to share with friends and family or take on the road in a large travel mug. While the included carafe is not insulated, you can purchase an insulated Keurig 2.0 Thermal Carafe for $29.99.

A pretty useless machine. Sorry I bought it!!! Only brews 10 ounces from a k-cup, down from 12 ounces in previous machine. Brewing temperature is not hot enough and coffee gets cold fast. even in insulated pot purchased from Keurig. It's claim of brewing a 4 to 5 cup pot is really only 2 cups of normal coffee. Not worth it !!
Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot

Try our Vue packs, which come in 50 different varieties and will work with the Keurig 2.0 system. They can brew 12oz.-14oz.
