We were facing the need to replace our Vue Brewer, which we loved. But as much as we loved the Vue, the limited selection of coffee left us wanting more. We feel like this was a good purchase for our needs. Everyone will tell you that the DRM limitations are a big deal for the 2.0 system. I'm not a fan of DRM, but I have always found and purchased our coffee directly from Keurig, so compatibility is not an issue. The 2.0 brews a good cup of coffee. We were even able to use our leftover Vue cups. We were really surprised by the Carafe cups and how well they brewed up.All said, we are happy with our purchase.
Pros: Brews quickly, Stylish, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Easy to clean
Cons: K Cups Non-recycleable, No Adjustable Water Temp

The timer is set to be ready to go in the morning when I want coffee. I miss the brew your own K-Cup from the earlier models.

I received my new Keurig for Christmas and am really enjoying it!! Even though I haven't had the chance to use my carafe I love that option for when I have company!! The huge water reservoir is my favorite, it is so nice not to have to fill my water tank daily! The only thing I don't like is that my tervis tumbler cups won't fit flat under the brewer I have to wedge them under there and pray it doesn't slip! Overall I am very happy with my new brewer. Thank you Keurig for the free packs for this review!!

My wife and I didn't think that we would have a use for the carafe. Weekends we find ourselves using the carafe exclusively. Coffee maker is quiet, stylish, and the innovation that went into the design works for us.

First thanks keurig for the free packs for this review. As the title says this is my first keurig and I love it. I've had it for about 2 months and I've made more coffee at home then ever. I usually go out on the weekend for my morning coffee but with the variety of k packs makes this unnecessary. Also the website is very competitive for kcups so all in all pretty happy. chris

This is our fourth keurig brewer and it is by far the best. We drink coffee or tea all day long and this unit keeps me very happy with a piping hot cup in just a minute. I'm pretty simple but my girl likes all the timers and settings this unit comes with. I just like being able to push one or two buttons and having a great cup of coffee or tea. It does sound like a rocket taking off when it brews but it's so worth it. I think the only down side is having to put water in it so often but that's because we use it so much. The other three units are still working too; one at the office, one in the RV and a mini in a duffel bag for weekend trips. I could never go back to conventional brewing again. Keurig has made it too dang easy to enjoy a hot cup in just a few moments. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.
