We love the large size of the water reservoir. K-Carafe is great for guests that want to drink the same variety of freshly brewed coffee. Wish it had temperature settings.
Pros: Brews quickly, Large Reservoir Multiple, Easy to clean, Easy to use, Large Pot
Cons: Lacks Temperature Setting

I Love this brewer! The only down side I have for this brewer is that the largest cup size is 10oz. Other than that, It is AWESOME.All the coffee taste great. I use regular k-cups and also bought Vue podsThe machine is quite and quick. It doesn't take as long to brew a cup of coffee as my other Keurig brewer. Thanks, keurig, for the free packs for this review.
Pros: Easy to use, Durable, Brews quickly, Large Pot, Multiple Settings
Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot

Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to clean, Brews quickly, Large Pot, Large reservoir, Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: Loud, Can't Use Some Kcups

This K550 brewer is now my third Keurig machine. I am very pleased with it. My great "coffee awakening" started a few months ago when my old brewer (not a Keurig) started to leak water from the reservoir onto the counter top after more than 10 years of faithful service. So I decided to start shopping for a new coffee machine. I initially settled on another brewer that brewed a carafe and/or single cup of coffee. It used a different single serve technology (not k-cup). It was a decent machine and after using it for a month, I was hooked on the single serve idea because of all the varieties of coffee that I could try. I liked the taste of the coffee from my brewer, but those single serve pods weren't available in retail stores and they weren't individually wrapped, so once I opened a bag, the other pods started to get stale. I decided to have a coffee taste comparison test between a Keurig brewer and the single serve machine I currently owned, so I bought a Keurig K45. After comparing the two machines I decided that Keurig has a better idea and sells a better machine. Fast forward two months. I now have a new Keurig K550 brewer and I really like the features that I think make it one of the best single serve machines on the market. Specifically, I like the ability to program the machine to keep water hot for immediate use during certain times of the day. I like the larger reservoir and I actually like the night light as well! The K45 brewer went to my brother, the pod machine went to a neighbor. Now let's dispense with three of the "straw men" cited in other reviews on other websites. 1) It's too expensive. Counter argument: My old brewer would make a minimum of two cups, so I was constantly brewing two cups, drinking one, and tossing the other cup out. So the actual cost per cup was twice what it appeared to be (at least in my case). As it turned out, price has become a non-issue for me since I now order most of my coffee directly from Keurig. Because of all the promotions and coupons that I receive from Keurig, they are a cost competitive option. I need to point out that some Keurig coffee products ARE expensive; - the 100% Kona Special Reserve IS expensive, but I like it and I think I deserve it, so I buy it. 2) Some k-cups don't work with 2.0 machines. Counter argument: when I unpacked my new Keurig 2.0 the first thing I saw was a card stating if I had any k-cups that did not work with this new brewer, contact Keurig for replacement k-cups. That sure seems to me to be a good faith attempt to address the issue. 3) I can't use my own coffee. Yes you can if you use a third party brew basket product (yes, I own one). I have no desire to use my own coffee because the k-cups I get from Keurig (or Kroger for that matter) make a much better cup of coffee than the coffee I used to use. So, is there anything I don't like about this brewer? Well, there is one issue I noticed. Sometimes the first cup I brew in the morning does not dispense the full amount of water. To remedy that problem, I am selecting the 10 oz size instead of the default 8 oz size for the first cup (which is normally all I brew). Tip you should try: I also own the Rivo espresso machine (great machine also). I use it to froth milk and pour that frothed milk in with a short brew of Swiss Miss hot chocolate. Really good. I posted this review at the suggestion of Keurig. So here is my disclaimer: Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.
Pros: Brews quickly, Stylish

Ur old Keurig "died" so it was time to consider an upgrade. Went with the K550 over the K45. The K550 is nice, but it is slower to brew and I don't like that only the Keurig coded cups can be used. The carafe is nice, but makes only one cup of coffee for me (I have a 24+ oz coffee cup). If I could do it over, I would have stayed with the the K45.
Pros: Durable, Multiple Settings
Cons: Long Brew Time, HARD TO CLEAN
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Our mornings must start with a k-cup/carafe of coffee! The best coffee ever comes from our Keurig 550. We have an older model and they now set side by side as we make 2 cups at the same time!!! Just wish we didn't have to make an 8oz cup and then a 4oz cup to get a 12oz cup of coffee. Our B70 makes a 12oz cup.
Pros: Cool New Features, Brews quickly, Multiple Settings, Great Cup Every Time, Love The K-cup K-carafe, Stylish, Easy to use, Large Pot, Easy to clean, Heats Up Faster
Cons: No 12 Ounce Option

I use to not drink my cup of coffee daily because I didn't want to make a pot. The Keurig is great for me, no waste. Like the fact that it turns itself off as I often forget. Nice that the kids can make their hot chocolate on their own. It is a bit noisy when heating up but not for too long.
Pros: Easy to use, Brews quickly, Nice Array Of Screen Colo, Stylish, Multiple Settings, Easy to fill
