Excellent Upgrade

I brew a cup every day before I leave for work and brew a carafe on the weekends. The brewer looks great, brews quietly, and the water reservoir is the perfect size to get a full week out of between fill-ups. I find the built in auto-on feature to be quirky - I still need to hit the power button sometimes for the water to heat up. Overall, a great upgrade for me. I use this product on the weekend a lot. I like the look of the machine and some of it's features. The down side is the coffee doesn't stay hot real long

I love these machine I have had almost all of the lines from the little pour the water in per cup brewers to the newest K550 I loved them all. There is one thing I do not like about this new pot it will not allow you to use cups that are not made specifically for the machine. I used to like to put loose leaf tea in a basket cup and make it. It will not allow me to use those little baskets anymore because they are "Keurig" brand and I can't find any this machine will take.
Pros: Durable, Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Large Pot, Brews quickly
Cons: Only Uses Keurig Brand, HARD TO CLEAN

Do not like this model as much as the previous models. Drips coffee for a while after it is done brewing and is more difficult to clean. You also can not use after market k cups only the ones through Kerrigan.
