Good brewing system, great coffee but...

This Keurig Brewer is nice looking and has a digital display. I enjoy using it and it is fast. I use it to make two or three cups a day. The only negative thing about it is that many of the K-Cup packs that I already have from my previous Keurig, are not compatible with this one. And many of the ones that I can buy at the grocery store, I have found do not work with this brewer. Even when the K-Cup actually says Keurig on it, the brewer will show a message letting me know that it is incompatible. Then it is wasted becasue it doesn't give that message until after you close the handle and pierce the K-cup. "Disclosure: Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review."
Pros: Easy to clean, Stylish, Easy to use, Large Pot, Multiple Settings, Brews quickly, Durable
Cons: Many K-cups Incompatible

A little disappointed

Remove K-cup immediately after use, but hot water for tea comes out with grounds. Use paper clip to clean grounds from needle.
Pros: Brews quickly, Multiple Settings, Easy to use
Cons: Always Cleaning Needle, Gets Clogged Very Easily, Coffee Grounds In Needle

We use our 2.0 daily. The ability to select the brew size and intensity is great. Coffee is always very hot and brews quickly. The addition of the carafe for larger pots of coffee is excellent. Coffee brews quickly and is very hot. We were disappointed in discovering it will not accept all K-cups, though. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

This is the perfect brewer for me and my large extended family. I no longer have to keep a different coffee maker in my house to brew a pot of coffee when the crowd comes over.we entertain often so it was important to be able to brew a pot of coffee. Now I get to enjoy my single cup everyday and a pot of coffee when needed all with the same brewer! Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs with this review.

I use my Keurig everyday. I have one at the office the little add the water per cup, the K10. When the K45 wore out after 2 years of continuous use we got the office professional for the house that is still going strong a year later. I had to move to Indianapolis to do a years internship about 2 month ago so again i turned to Keurig. this time I got the 2.9 K550. the only thing I am disppointed about here is that it WILL NOT let you use anything but Keurig brand products in it. IN my other machine I have little basket I use for lose leaf tea. I cannot use it in this machine it tells me I am not using a Keurig product and it will not brew. So much for smart chips. I miss that but I have gained a coffee pot not a fair trade but it is ok. "Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review"

Keurig 2.0 K550 Brewing System

The only two things I don't like about this brewer is that you are limited to a 10 oz. cup instead of being able to brew a 12 oz. cup with my old Keurig. The other thing is it has a camera to limit your use of other vendor's coffee. I don't like buying a product and being locked into there coffee offerings.
