Love the pack choices. The vue pack allows us to brew enough to fill a travel mug. While the plastic carafe does not keep the coffee hot long enough, we purchased the stainless steel carafe and it's good. I would like to be able to dispense water with a single press of the button instead of having to hold it. Love the larger water container and the light. Having some difficulty with night light setting. Overall

Cons: Inadequate Water Dispense, Must Hold Button For H2o, Plastic Carafe

Absolutely love the Keurig 2.0. We replaced our Vue with it given the abundance of k-cups that the 2.0/k-cups offered. Premise about the new brewer is that it reads the ,-cup that you put in also you have the option to brew a carafe which is perfect for weekends. The downside to the 2.0 is you can't brew larger than 10oz with a standard kcup. You also cannot control brew temp regardless of the cup you put in. In the end I still love it. This is the ideal brewer. You can brew a pot when you need it, like when you have several people that want the same blend. And you can brew single cups when you don't. I love the design and the versatility. Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review.

My husband bought this brewer for me for my birthday. It was bought to replace my old Keurig Special Edition. The different color options for the water reservoir are neat. The only downside I can find with it, is it takes longer to brew a cup than my old Keurig did. All in all, I woul recommend this product to others.

We replaced our Vue with a K550. I loved the Vue. I never once had a problem with it and was sad to learn that the Vue was being phased out. There are some features that I wish the K550 had like being about to adjust the temp of the water and I wish it was tall enough to fit a large travel mug. I do like the nice, color touch screen. I like that Keurig has a great selection of coffees. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review. Only downside is that we often have to use a paper clip to clear clogged coffee grounds.
