Bought the Keurig 2.0 K550 model about 2 months ago. We use it everyday and are now truly spoiled. The speed with which it brews each cup is very fast. Hard to imagine any other product on the market that would be better. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

My elderly dad loves his coffee a cup at a time but several times day. The unit lets him have the freshest coffee possible. We don't waste the coffee and we don't have to deal with the taste of reheated coffee -- ugh !! He really likes how easy it is to use and even gets to enjoy a hot chocholate as a special treat without the extra effort it used to take him. Wish I had thought of getting him one years earlier. Love the large pot for those special times when company stops over for a visit. It is also great because everyone gets to have their "special" flavor whenever they want. I love Keurig coffee and the "fresh cup of coffee every time" (3-year user). but while the concept of the 2.0 brewer is great, I had to replace the first two 550's I received due to malfunctions, like preheating not working; spraying water continuously, etc. It appears Keurig needs better quality control before releasing new brewers.
Pros: Holds more water, Brews quickly, Great cup of coffee, Always Fresh, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, No Muss No Fuss
Cons: Hot Water Dispenser, Customer Support Slipping, Loud, Unclear User Manual, Poor quality control, Had To Replace Two Brewer

I normally use it on weekends and I make a small pot so I can have a little extra to drink.It would be nice if it had more than just a 10oz. Coffee cup size for just one cup.it's a little on the loud side when heating up and the plastic carafe doesn't keep the coffee hot.

I like the fact that you can use both vue and k-cups. I love the way that you can brew more than one cup if you need it with the karaf.

We have a love/hate relationship

I love the new features such as night light and and color light options. I love being able to brew more at a time when we have company. I understand them only wanting thier coffee being used and it doesn't bother me since I only purchase from Keurig anyway. I had a platinum brewer before upgrading to this and I miss the temp feature of the water and really miss being able to use the 12 oz capacity on my favorite K-cup. Having the strong brew option makes up for that and I can always brew 2- 6oz cups instead. It is also solved by using the Vue packs instead but it isn't as cost efficient. Overall I am happy with the 2.0 550 but I don't think I would have paid full price for it. A benefit of always purchasing from Keurig is Club Keurig! I used my points for 50% off my new brewer and many accessories. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.
