We use the K-550 every day for coffee, tea, cider, and hot chocolate. It heats up very quickly and brews a great cup of Joe. It has an excellent form factor and is easy to use. My only wish would be to have an option to add a water line to the back thus negating the need to refill the container. Highly recommend!

When company comes over I can make more than one cup at a time. The plastic carafe doesn't keep the coffee hot so you have to spend more money to get the stainless steel one. I like the idea where you can change the different lighting and I like the idea of a night light. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for the review.

I just love this coffee maker. So glad that I purchased it. Only drawback is the carafe does not keep the coffee hot for a long period of time.

I was sent a 2.0 550 model complimentary of Influenster to review last fall. I love all the features. You can use vue, carafe and regular kcups in it, awesome brewing options. My only complaint is that the hot water brewing needs to tweaking. you have to hold the button down while brewing, which isn't very fast. Half the time, it doesn't brew the full 6 oz, and you can only brew up to 6 oz at a time. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review!

I love this brewer it has many cup sizes and brews fast. I wish it was not as big and bulky and that you didn't have to hold the button down for hot water. You only get 6 ozs of water I would like to be able to have more sizes in the hot water. Other than that its great and I love it.

I really like the new Keurig 2.0! It makes brewing coffee so easy! The heat up time seems to take a little longer than the older model but thats not a huge deal. Overall I like the brewer! Thanks, Keurig for the free packs for this review.

2nd 2.0 K550 in 4 months - thermostat burns out - 2 or 3 cups a day - wish I would have kept my old brewer.
Cons: Complicated Controls, Limited Features
