Love the new Keurig 2.0 Brewer

Best decision I made. Works with all the pods I have and Keurig replaced the old ones that did not work right away. I love that I can brew a whole pot of coffee now at once with the same machine. So glad I made this purchase and thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review!

Going on my 3rd machine as the first 2 have been replaced by Keurig for "issues"; both started out fine but slowed to a brewing-crawl after only a few weeks?? Now know I'm using double-filtered water only, am using the in-reservoir filters, and Keurig cups as well so I have no idea what the problem is??
Pros: Large Pot
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Long Brew Time

We use this kuerig daily. We really like the touch screen and the auto on off feature that allows for power saving. We also like the option to change the color of the light inside the water tank that allows us to match our kitchen. I wish it had a 12 oz. setting for cup size. My wife runs the 6 oz. size twice. Not a big deal just takes extra time.

We use this product daily. We enjoy the ability to change the light color inside the water tank to match our kitchen. We wish it had a 12 oz. setting for cup size. We just run the brew twice on the 6 oz. size setting to get the amount we like. Thanks, Kuerig, for the free packs for this review.

Wish my old keurig never broke!

Morning coffee, kids love hot chocolate and chi lattes, used daily by entire family. The large water reservoir is very good. This is our second 550, the first one stopped working in the first month. Our second/current brewer gets clogged frequently. We find this brewer very unreliable. We miss our old keriug brewer we had it for 5 years with minimal problems. If we didn't love the convenience of the individual variety, we would start shopping for a different kind of coffee maker. " Thanks, keurig, for the free packs for this review"
