This product is absolutely amazing. I bought it for myself but it is now used by my children as well. I love the built in night light as well as the larger water storage! We think the Keurig 550 is a great investment. I've recently purchased my Godmother one for her birthday! Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Best Machine For All Occasions

I use this pot mostly on weekends when I fix a big Sunday breakfast...a sitdown breakfast. I purchased the thermal pot which keeps the coffee warm for hours... Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review!

The Best Coffee Brewer Ever!

I use the product multiple times per day, I love the coffee selections and the ease of use. The hot water option is great for teas and hot cocoa. The 2.0 gives you the option to use the carafe and set time preferences so the coffee is ready for you when you want it!!! This is my 3rd Keurig brewer, I started with the mini went to the Elite and upgraded to the 2.0 and I couldnt be happier with the 2.0 550.

I love my new Keurig 2.0 Brewer. I was a little hesitant to buy it based on some reviews but I have had it for about 2 months now and I am so glad I got it. While some of my old pods did not work, Keurig replaced them for me right away. The settings are so easy to use and much for freedom to choose different types of coffee. And now when I have company I can brew a whole pot at once! So glad I decided to get it

I LOVE THE DESIGN OF THIS COFFEE MAKER AND THE WAY YOU CAN ADJUST THE LIGHT COLORS, BUT THE BEST FEATURE IS THE STRONG BREW MODE AND THE HOT CHOCOLATE MODE.......IT REALLY ENHANCES THE FLAVOR OF THE K CUP. WISH IT HAD A FEATURE TO BE ABLE TO BE ABLE TO MAKE YOUR OWN K CUP.

I do really like this pot. It is a nice looking pot. I love the red nightlight also.I wish it did brew a 12oz cup of coffee with all types of pods though not just the vue packs and carafe style. I also wish I could control the temp of the coffee like on my vue pot. It is much easier to clean than my vue pot though. I would recommend this pot .

I love their customer service it's fantastic. I've had some problems and they were great. The brewer is used a lot through the day. I wish the K cups weren't so expensive, but the price from the company with their specials does help.

Very stylish; large water container; brews quickly with cup size selection/stronger brew. Easy to brew just that 1 cup of coffee when a pot not needed. Love option to brew a carafe. Have had absolutely no problems, makes great cup of coffee each time. Have yet to try making tea, but sure it will be equally great. Enjoy the K-cup choices on your web site, preferring the extra bold choices. Have not found anything I dislike about this particular Keurig Brewer and don't expect to. Have recommended it to several of my friends. Very happy customer!
